"Obedience" or "The Secret File of the Malicious Mesmerizer"
Dog owners everywhere are beginning to act wierd when they get a certain phone call. The calls are traced back to Miss Pavlov's School of Obedience. Ralph investigates to learn that Miss Pavlov is a hypnotist, taking control of the dog owners' minds. Ralph must call in for special back up and turn Pavlov's tricks back upon herself.
