To put his charity on the map, unscrupulous boss Graham Templeton needs a good, heart-warming newspaper story. And what could be more headline-grabbing than flying in a little girl from Africa for a life-saving operation? But Graham's cynical stunt backfires—he who lives by publicity, dies by it. Meanwhile, Margaret and Joan find that the donations of unwanted medicine from the old people's home substantially boost the takings, until the police turn up.
