Krypto gets amnesia due to red kryptonite and can't remember who he is. The Junkyard Dogs try to turn him into a bad dog / The Tail-Roping member of the Dog-Stars finds out that Krypto's civilian life is practically paradise and decides to become an Earth dog citizen himself, only to find out that the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
