The Hello Pro Kenshuusei and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido members receive the surprise announcement that "Hello Dream." will start. They are followed through photo shoots and vocal and dance lessons as they prepare for the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2020 3gatsu ~Tsumugu~" in March, before it's decided the recital will be canceled due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hello!
