The Games (2022)
12 familiar faces have undergone weeks of intensive training ready to go head-to-head in a range of sporting challenges, across a week of live shows amidst fierce competition. All have been pulled out of their comfort zones to be coached as athletes, swimmers and cyclists, to compete in the hope of coming top of the medals table and being crowned the winner of the competition.

Episode 1 - Episode 1
Release Date: 2022-05-09Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff present live from Crystal Palace athletics stadium and Alex Scott reports from trackside as 12 celebrities take on a series of sporting challenges. The opening night sees the women go head-to-head in a hurdles race while the men do battle in the hammer and 400m race, while there is also the first round of the mixed synchronised diving.
