As Asmaa is taken aback by the patient Mahmoud being thrown from the hospital balcony, she investigates the matter, while his brother Fahd comes under suspicion and Mahmoud falls in a coma. Saud is placed on the waiting list for a heart transplant and agrees to visit a psychiatrist.
