Dancing with the Stars (2005)
The New Zealand version of the British “Strictly Come Dancing” show sees celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts and voted on by viewers.

Episode 1 - Episode 1
Release Date: 2006-05-07Eight celebrities and their professional partners train in order to take home the title of Dancing With The Stars. In this non-elimination night they must perform either the Waltz or the Cha Cha Cha.

Episode 2 - Episode 2
Release Date: 2006-05-14On the second round, the teams performed either Rumba or Quickstep in order to win the votes from both the judges and the audience. By the end, the votes are tallied and it's time to say goodbye to the first team.

Episode 3 - Episode 3
Release Date: 2006-05-21On tonights episode, the seven remaining teams performed wither Jive or Tango and in which another team fails to gain enough votes and became the second team to be eliminated from the competition.

Episode 4 - Episode 4
Release Date: 2006-05-28Teams are able to perform either Foxtrot or Paso Doble on this round of the competition. Some serious voting from the home viewers and the judges lead to two teams being tied on last place. Soon, the final decision is made, and now it's time to say goodbye to David and Rebecca who are eliminated on tonights episode.

Release Date: 2006-06-11For the first time this series the couples will have to perform two different dances and to survive will need to conquer both a Ballroom and a Latin dance.

Release Date: 2006-06-18It is the semi-final and the couples once again have to perform two dances, one Latin and one Ballroom, that they never done before to impress the judges and the public for the two places in the final.
