Haunted (2002)
Haunted is an American television program first aired in September 2002 on UPN. The program, which was filmed in Vancouver, was canceled in November 2002 due to low ratings. As a result, only seven of the completed episodes were aired. However, all eleven filmed episodes have subsequently been shown in international airings of the show. In August 2007, the series aired on HDNet. The series then began airing on Sci Fi in September 2007 and January 2008. In 2009, Chiller began airing this program as part of their daily marathon line-up. It plays there sporadically. A marathon of the entire series ran all day on October 31, 2010 on Universal HD.

Episode 1 - Pilot
Release Date: 2002-09-24The son of PD Frank Taylor is abducted and never found. Two years later, Frank's marriage to his wife Jessica has broken down and they are now divorced. Frank is sent on a case of another abducted child, but during a skermish with a suspect named Simon (who Frank is forced to kill to save himself) Frank is left on the brink of death. Following his recovery, he learns that he can receive messages from beyond the grave, from kind spirits who wish to help him solve his cases. Episode 5 - Blind Witness
Release Date: 2002-10-22Frank is afflicted with temporary blindness whilst on the case of a blind homeless man. He then discovers some connections to the disappearance of a wealthy woman.

Release Date: 2002-10-29Frank wakes up in a strange apartment beside a severely injured female police officer with no memory of the previous night---or nights. After she falls into a coma, he becomes the prime suspect in the Internal Affairs investigation into who hurt her. He also learns that he has been working a case that he has no knowledge of.

Episode 7 - A Three Hour Tour
Release Date: 2002-11-05A mysterious woman runs Frank off the road miles from any town and he stumbles, injured, to a cabin where he meets a somewhat secretive family. The parents appear to be protecting their 10 year old daughter from something terrible that happened in the parents' bedroom. Frank must convince them that their daughter will be better off knowing the truth.

Release Date: 2008-10-09The evil spirit of Simon taunts Frank as a murdered woman's ghost seeks out her husband and the hit man he hired. Frank tries to learn more about Simon.

Episode 9 - Simon Redux
Release Date: 2008-10-09Frank learns more about his nemesis Simon, who was killed in the pilot episode. Frank's investigations lead him to an FBI-like organization and the revelation that Simon may not have been the pedophile he appeared to be. Simon apparently went rogue trying to take down a Russian-based white slave ring. Meanwhile, Jess is dating someone new and neither Frank nor Simon like it.

Episode 10 - Last Call
Release Date: 2008-10-09At Frank's surprise birthday party, he meets a beautiful brunette, but like Cinderella, she makes her excuses and leaves at midnight. Frank begins piecing together Julia's mystery, which makes Jess jealous. The Blackhawk bar suddenly picks up a crowd due to an annual technology convention and more of the pieces begin to fall in place as Julia finally comes clean about her past.

Episode 11 - Seeking Asylum
Release Date: 2008-10-09A woman comes to Frank to find her boyfriend who was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Frank checks himself into the hospital using the premise that he is delusional and seeing ghosts. Frank's self-portrait of ""inner demons"" draws the attention of a woman being institutionalized against her will. She and Frank follow clues that Frank is getting from the apparent victim of the fire while trying to evade the tyrannical doctor in charge of treatment.
