CHUNG makes use of TEDDY to find the robbers headquarters. He immediately arrange the cops to surround the robber's headquarters. Unexpectedly, the TV station sends a crew to broadcast the case. CHUNG is forced to take immediate action and cannot afford to wait for the Flying Tiger Squad. LU strikes back and kidnaps the residents. He plans to escape away by helicopter. CHUNG demands LV to free the women and children first. LV requires CHUNG to be the exchange. CHUNG agrees. W AI heard that UN is going to leave Hong Kong. She knew that UN still loves CHUNG a lot.
