Episode 1 - Special Ops Sentai, Assemble!

The evil Vaglass organization attacks the city's giant energy source known as the Enetron. Ryuji, the Blue Buster, and Yoko, the Yellow Buster, fight back their forces, but when they summon the giant robot known as a Megazord, another Go-Buster appears, Hiromu Sakurada, the Red Buster.

Episode 2 - A Promise Made 13 Years Ago

When both Yoko and Hiromu are taken out of action due to their Weakpoints, Ryuji must work on his own when the Enetron suffers a leak.

Episode 3 - GT-02 Animal, Deploy!

The Go-Busters infiltrate a hospital where Vaglass has taken hostages in their attempt to acquire Enetron.

Episode 4 - Special Ops and Determination

Chief Kuroki plans to increase the military potential of the Buster Machines while Enter creates a new Metaloid right in front of the Go-Busters, something that they realize is out of character for him.

Episode 5 - Dangerous Overheated Rampage!

Ryuji and Yoko escort an Enetron tank across the city when TireRoid is sent after it. However, something happens to Ryuji when he overheats, making him turn against his own team.

Episode 6 - Combine! Go-Buster Oh

Hiromu has difficulties in forming Go-BusterOh for the first time with Ryuji and Yoko, and Enter sends the SprayRoid in a plan to bring the damaged MegaBuster Gamma (formerly CutterBuster) back online to destroy the Go-Busters from the inside out.

Episode 7 - Bad Maintenance on the Ace?!

A rookie mechanic takes over maintenance of the Go-Buster Ace, making Hiromu feel unsure if he is ready. The Denshaloid attacks, and there is a problem when preparing Ace to combat the new Vaglass Megazord...

Episode 8 - Protect the Machine Blueprints!

Ryuji is reunited with his old high school classmate Kazuya who has become one of the Go-Busters' engineers, while Enter tries to infiltrate the Go-Busters' base of operations to steal a new Buster Machine's blueprints.

Episode 9 - Usada Recovery Strategy!

After Yoko and Usada get in a fight, Usada gets kidnapped by amateur thugs who request 2000 tons of Enetron. Needing Enetron to power a new breed of MegaZord, Enter gets involved, hoping to take the Enetron and finish off the Go-Busters.

Episode 10 - The Reason We Fight

Hiromu's older sister Rika confronts him on his joining the Go-Busters.

Episode 11 - The Targeted Weakpoint

Gorisaki develops an alarm to alert Ryuji when he is nearing the target body temperature for his Weakpoint to activate, and Enter uses this to his advantage.

Episode 12 - You Like Going Undercover?

With the threat of a MegaZord, the Go-Busters must work undercover taking care of the Hong Kong actress Angie Sue and they discover that she and Yoko look very much alike.

Episode 13 - A Surprising Day Off

Taking a day off from their missions, the Go-Busters and their Buddyroids head to a local amusement park and zoo. However, they discover Enter wandering about and planning, and to make matters worse, Commander Kuroki suddenly left the base without warning.

Episode 14 - Ça va? Rescue Strategy

Hiromu and Ryuji must figure out a way to save Yoko from Tubaloid 2 after her Weakpoint activated at the wrong time.

Episode 15 - The Golden Warrior and the Silvery Buddy

Chief Kuroki tells the team that they will soon be meeting Beet Buster and his new Buddy Roid, but before any introduction can be made, the Soujikiloid attacks.

Episode 16 - The Man Who Came From Subspace

When Hiromu learns that the two new Go-Busters originated from Hyper Space, he challenges Jin to a duel, suspicious of their motives.

Episode 17 - Its Name Is Go-Buster Beet!

Ryuji is surprised when Masato calls for an Enetron transfer station to be shut down, leaving him as the only available Go-Buster to battle a Vaglass Megazord when Go-Buster Oh cannot be formed.

Episode 18 - Cooperative Operations 3,000 Meters In the Earth

To stop Drilloid, Hiromu, Ryuji, and Masato descend down into the depths of the Earth in their Megazords while Yoko and Jay keep watch on the surface.

Episode 19 - My Combination! Buster Hercules

With J's presence as a member of the Go-Busters, Nick starts to feel that he is not good enough as he does not have a specialty like his fellow Buddyloids. On his time out in the city, Enter and Spannerloid capture him.

Episode 20 - Five-Part Concentration! Great Go-Buster!

Episode 21 - Farewell, Blue Buster

Finding the Energy Management Center base's air conditioner on the fritz, Hiromu and Yoko find Ryuji overheating before he loses consciousness. After the others get him to the medical ward, having met Masato earlier, Gorisaki frets when told by the man that Ryuji's inclusive medical checkup says he might die the next time he goes berserk. Hiromu and Yoko come up with a plan to save Ryuji before they are deployed to the Nakaya district where they face off against Dumbelloid before they find themselves exercising against their will, allowing the Metaloid to escape. Soon after, after playing the age card, Hiromu convinces Kuroki to make Morishita the new Blue Buster, much to Ryuji's dismay.

Episode 22 - The Beautiful Avatar: Escape

When a prank call brings the Go-Busters and Enter and his new Metaloid Keyloid to a hotel, they all meet Messiah's newest avatar in the real world: Escape.

Episode 23 - Those Who Follow Their Intent

On Yoko's birthday, she learns her mother was a Megazord pilot and a colleague of Masato's. However, the Metaloid Jishakuloid attacks, sticking Hiromu, Nick, Ryuji, and Jay together, leaving Masato to have Yoko test a risky prototype armor.

Episode 24 - A très bien Summer Festival

Hiromu is called in by his old high school friends to help out when they need another person to join their performance troupe at the city's summer festival. The appearance of Wataameloid puts Hiromu in a sticky situation when he has to abandon his old friends to assist his teammates.

Episode 25 - Pursue the Mystery of the Avatars!

Masato's ghost stories during Obon scare Yoko, and the arrival of Rousokuloid and his dream altering powers only make things worse.

Episode 35 - Roar, Tategami Lioh!

While combatting an enemy Megazord, the Go-Busters are caught offguard by the appearance of another Megazord. At the Energy Management Center, they discover the Megazord is the creation of Dr. Hazuki and his daughter known as Tategami Lioh and was created to assist the Go-Busters in battling the Messiah Megazords. However, Tategami Lioh is more interested in fighting the Go-Busters.

Episode 36 - Go-Buster Lioh, Kaching!

Wanting better treatment since Tategami Lioh has been getting more attention, the Buddyloids go on strike. This puts the use of Powered Custom in jeopardy when a Messiah Metaloid appears.

Episode 37 - The Black and White Brides

Yoko gets invited to the wedding of her elementary school teacher Mr. Hasegawa, but when Tiaraloid begins to steal happy newlywed couple's data, causing them to go insane, Yoko is put in the place of Mr. Hasegawa's wife as bait for the Messiah Metaloid. However, the Go-Busters find themselves facing an upgraded Escape as well.

Episode 38 - Live! Ace Deathmatch

Hiromu learns of an MMA match, but when Enetron begins to be siphoned off at alarming rates the Go-Busters investigate to find four enemy Megazords have arrived in reality, forcing Red Buster to participate in a Megazord Deathmatch.

Episode 39 - Finishing Blow! Messiah's Fist

The Go-Busters investigate reports of the appearance of a Messiah Card not in the possession of either Enter or Escape, and Ryuji helps a young boy named Kenta who says he has seen the card.

Episode 40 - Covering Jay and the Messiahloid

As Escape searches for a Messiah card with Parabolaloid 2, J. suddenly attacks the Go-Busters without warning while Masato's real body begins to dissolve.

Episode 41 - The Thief Pink Buster!

Episode 42 - Attack! Within the Megazord

While the Go-Busters battle Denshaloid 2 and Denshazord 2, Enter uses a Messiah Card on Denshazord 2, turning it into the Zordloid, sucking people into itself, including Yoko who must battle inside the combination Metaloid/Megazord to save civilians.

Episode 43 - Christmas Determination

The Go-Busters plan a Christmas party for children who cannot stay with their families, all while on the look out for Enter while fighting Escape and her Megazord Zeta.

Episode 44 - Christmas Eve: Time to Complete the Mission

Escape betrays Enter and begins to create Messiah using her own avatar as the vessel and including Go-Buster Ace's mechanics in the Megazord Zeta's design. The Go-Busters must figure out a way to defeat Escape and save Christmas.

Episode 45 - Happy New Year: A Small Formidable Enemy, Again

While celebrating the New Year, Hiromu discovers that his sister is going out on a date with someone, and he tries to see who it is all while a presumed dead Vaglass member enacts his revenge.

Episode 46 - The New Fusion and Overheated Rampage!

Yoko and Ryuji get into a fight after she asks him for advice and he brushes her off. However, when Enter sends a recreated Escape to attack, Ryuji is pushed over the edge of his Weakpoint with everyone placed in severe danger.

Episode 47 - Reset and Back-Up

With Enter's new ability to convert living creatures into Metaloids, the Go-Busters work hard on trying to get Hiromu to overcome his chicken-themed Weakpoint.

Episode 48 - Setting the Trap

It is revealed Enter's back up is the final Messiah Card within Hiromu's body, but Masato cannot figure out how to safely remove it. Undeterred, even if he needs to die to stop him, Hiromu takes on Enter one-on-one while the others fight an enhanced Escape.

Episode 49 - Preparation and Selection

The Go-Busters begin to lose hope when Enter becomes more powerful every time they manage to defeat him, especially when he transforms into an evil version of Red Buster. As Hiromu steels his resolve into sacrificing himself for the good of his friends, Masato tries to prepare an alternative.

Episode 50 - Eternal Bonds

Now in an unstable Subspace, the Go-Busters prepare to finish things with Enter once and for all while Masato's enacts his gambit to remove the Messiah Card from Hiromu and save everyone.
