Release Date: 2019-05-06Dr. Sameh interrupts his annual leave and asks his manager for permission to oversee Noah's critical case. His manager forbids him considering the risk involved. Noah fights an inmate and is isolated in a room. Then a nurse is found hung in a room with blooded question marks printed on the walls.

Release Date: 2019-05-07Before Noah was in the hospital, he lived in a villa with his family and did drugs with his brother. Sameh tries to work on Noah's case after the nurse's suicide. He contacts his deceased colleague's wife for information about the case, and receives a surprising phone call.

Noah leaves the gun on Sameh's desk and asks Dr. Mahmoud to keep it in a safe place. Sameh sees Noah and drops to the floor with a bloody head. Rehab's aunt mourns Rehab.
