JIM praises WAI for encouraging TUNG to keep up with the practice while WAI points out that one will succeed when a target is set. Having heard this, JIM mistakenly believes that WAI is persuading him to woo her. TUNG’s colleagues are glad to know that BUT is appointed the examiner of the physical fitness test. They ask him to be more lenient with TUNG but are rejected. In the middle of the night, TUNG goes to a food store for a little refreshment, during which the owner of the food store CHAN WAI-KEUNG is killed by a falling shop sign. TUNG believes there must be some strange goings-on with KEUNG’s death. TUNG stays in bed all morning and fails to turn up for the fitness test. WAI drives him to the test venue but they have arrived too late – the test has already started. As WAI is sinking into despair, TUNG suddenly gets up and runs all the way to the finishing line.… ...
