Complications arise when he Backsteps and ends up with a strange creature capable of generating temporal disruptions that is intent on destroying Backstep.

Episode 21 - Mr. Donovan's Neighborhood
Release Date: 2000-05-10When a reverend fighting against drug deals in Donovan's old neighborhood gets killed, Donovan's sister is killed as well. Donovan investigates and is arrested for killing one of the men responsible, and Frank engineers a Backstep to go back and save his friend.

Release Date: 2000-05-17Parker is ordered to Backstep in order to prevent a Presidential candidate from being assassinated. His mission is a success and the Governor asks him to join his campaign team, but Frank soon discovers the Governor has psychological issues and his daughter is trying to get the evidence to the public.
