Episode 1 - Episode 1

In the first episode of the brand new series, Essex biker cop Steve 'Stomp' Allen, races to a multi-vehicle pile-up and on scene, one couple are trapped and injured in their wreck of a car. It's a rush for the fire brigade to cut them out while the air ambulance is scrambled to give emergency treatment. Over in Birmingham, the squad's newest biker paramedic Steve Cooper has the mickey taken out of his likeness to Harry Potter, but within minutes he faces a baptism of fire. A 999 call-out finds Steve working his magic on Will, a man who's in the first stage of a cardiac arrest. With his patient's condition deteriorating, Steve has to keep his cool to keep Will’s heart going. Down in Cornwall, paramedic Sarah Watson pulls on her leathers to answer the distressed call of a new mum. Baby Oliver, is floppy, unresponsive, and has a raging temperature. When Sarah arrives on scene will she be facing a case of deadly meningitis? Back in Birmingham, experienced biker paramedic Mark Hayes is shocked when he arrives at a flat to find a woman lying unconscious amongst empty bottles, rotting food, and an overwhelming stench...

Episode 2 - Episode 2

Birmingham biker paramedic Steve Cooper battles to save a heroin addict after an overdose, while fellow paramedic Mark Hayes races to the scene of a crash as a van driver loses control outside a busy city centre station. Meanwhile in North Yorkshire, biker cop Martin 'Smithy' Smith plays detective as he pieces together a mystery accident. A car has collided with two horse riders, sending them and their horses tumbling into a ditch. One horse is so badly hurt it might have to be put down... In Cornwall, biker paramedic Iain Hooper races to help 12-year-old Joshua, a promising young rugby player who's been badly hurt in the middle of a game. While Josh's mother looks on anxiously, Iain tries to assess if Joshua’s neck is broken. Back in Essex, a routine road side check leads to an unexpected chain of events for biker cop Steve Clements. After stopping a driver for using his mobile phone whilst driving, 'Clem' uncovers a trail of half-truths and lies which leads to a dawn house raid and a wanted man.

Episode 4 - Episode 4

Birmingham biker paramedic Mark Hayes races to an emergency on a city centre bus. A passenger has collapsed and is refusing to go to hospital. His heartbeat is worryingly weak and his blood pressure low; he could suffer a cardiac arrest. Can Mark persuade him to accept the treatment that could save his life? On patrol in Essex, biker cop Lucy Watson’s routine roadside stop leads to a full-scale immigration investigation. What started out as a faulty brake light turns into something far from a routine enquiry. In Cornwall, an emergency call comes in from a panicked driver whose passenger is in agony and struggling to breathe. Rushing to the scene, biker paramedic Iain Hooper has to get to the bottom of a mystery pain that has left the lady in agony, unable to speak. Meanwhile in Yorkshire, a car has been dumped on a busy dual carriageway. The driver is nowhere to be seen. The obstruction is causing chaos, as passing traffic is forced to jump lanes to avoid colliding with the vehicle.

Episode 5 - Episode 5

Birmingham biker paramedic Steve Harris races through packed city centre streets to help a man wracked by unexplained convulsions. Even an emergency transfer to hospital doesn't bring an end to the mystery!

Episode 6 - Episode 6

In Yorkshire, biker cop Smithy's on the tail of a drunk driver who's careering down a busy dual carriageway filling with rush hour traffic. An unmarked police car tries to box the driver in and slow him down, but he's having none of it.

Episode 7 - Episode 7

In Birmingham, there's blood on the platform, as new biker paramedic Steve Cooper rushes to help a young dad, out with his child, who's been violently attacked at New Street Station.

Episode 8 - Episode 8

In Birmingham, Biker Paramedic Steve Harris races to an amateur football match where events have taken a dramatic turn. Stranded in a muddy field, his patient gripped by pain, Steve is left with only one choice - he has to scramble the air ambulance.

Episode 9 - Episode 9

In North Yorkshire, the Biker Cops of the county's road traffic squad spring into action. PC Lee Cobb races to respond to an emergency call and find that a motionless motorcyclist has been catapulted over a roundabout.

Episode 10 - Episode 10

In Birmingham, an English Defence League demonstration has the city in lockdown, but Biker Paramedic Mark Hayes must penetrate a police cordon to reach a protestor suffering a suspected heart attack.

Episode 11 - Episode 11

Biker cop Lucy Watson is out in the Essex salt marshes where a lorry, caught by the tide, is stuck in the mud. Fellow biker cop Stomp pulls over an overloaded van and encounters a face that's no stranger to TV.

Episode 12 - Episode 12

A rogue driver tries to escape the long arm of the law. Essex biker cop Mick's got him in his sights but in a maze of roads, can he catch his prey?
