The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show (1980)
The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show is an animated television series produced by Ruby-Spears Productions from 1979 to 1981; it was shown right after Super Friends on the ABC Network. It featured various adventures of the DC Comics superhero Plastic Man. The show features many adventures in different segments: Plastic Man, Baby Plas, Plastic Family, Mighty Man and Yukk, Fangface and Fangpuss, and Rickety Rocket. The show was repackaged by Arlington Television into 130 half-hour episodes, and released into national, first-run-off-network daily syndication in 1984. The Plastic Man Comedy Show was produced and directed by Steve Whiting and featured a live-action "Plastic Man", played by Taylor Marks.

Episode 1 - The Miniscule Seven
Release Date: 1979-09-22Seven miniature gangsters known as The Miniscule Seven enter a basket ball tournament with an ulterior motive for winning. Plastic Man is called in to investigate them.

Episode 2 - Superstein
Release Date: 1979-09-29Plastic Man is vacationing in Europe when he discovers that the evil Dr. Superstein is causing problems for local villagers. Dr. Superstein is using a statue that he built to give life to his latest crew of monsters he has created. Once alive the monsters begin searching the villages for exceptionally smart brains for his next project. It is now up to Plastic Man to stop them.

Episode 3 - Plastic Mummy Meets Disco Mummy
Release Date: 1979-10-06An ancient Aztec Queen comes back to life and steals the ancient treasure of Cortez from the government of Mexico. She tricks Plastic Man into helping her and then turns him into a mummy. He must find a way out if he is to have a chance to stop her.

Episode 4 - Ghostfinger
Release Date: 1979-10-13Plastic Man learns that Ghost Finger has returned to get revenge on the people responsible for sending him to prison. He uses a time machine to bring other evil ghost from the past in to help him get his revenge. Plastic Man is their only help for a rescue.

Episode 5 - The Diabolical Dr. Dome
Release Date: 1979-10-20Dr. Dome discovers a way to extract the super powers from Plastic Man. He then uses his new powers to steal valuable objects from all over the world. It looks to everyone that Plastic Man is responsible for the thefts so he must find a way to capture Dr. Dome to clear his name.

Episode 7 - Badladdin
Release Date: 1979-11-03Plastic Man must make a plan to stop an evil genie that is abducting teenagers at an alarming rate. The genie grants wishes to teenagers that want to become athletic superstars. He then turns them into a statue of gold and takes them for his collection

Episode 8 - Wham-Bam! Beware of the Clam!
Release Date: 1979-11-10A pirate uses his submarine to steal a water-controlling machine from the Chinese government. He uses the machine to flood the streets of New York City so that he can rob all of the banks. Plastic Man is called in to try and stop the evil pirate.

Episode 9 - The Horrible Half-Ape
Release Date: 1979-11-17While working on a secret government project, a scientist's experiment goes very wrong. The mistake is costly as it leaves the scientist half ape and half human. He then steals a visiting flying saucer, which threatens to start an interplanetary war. Plastic Man gets the call to try and save the day.

Release Date: 1979-11-24Computerhead is an evil robot that has developed a device that can bring any machine to life. He then sets out to create an army of machine to take over the world. Plastic Man is the only person that can save to world.

Release Date: 1979-12-01Doctor Duplicate is kidnapping politicians and replacing them with evil duplicate clones in order to steal government secrets. Plastic Man is on the scene and sets out to foil his wicked deeds

Release Date: 1979-12-08The evil Kitty Katt discovers an ancient Egyptian serum that can turn people into cats. She uses the serum on several important people including Plastic Man. Plastic Man must find the antidote to save himself and the rest of the world

Release Date: 1979-12-15After the Industry Bank is robbed by a giant dinosaur, Plastic Man is called in to help solve the case.

Episode 14 - Count Grafitti
Release Date: 1979-12-22Count Graffiti wants revenge on the royal family of Ocentania after being exiled from the Country. He plans on stealing a royal crown in order to make himself the new king, but Plastic Man has other ideas and plans on stopping his scheme.

Release Date: 1979-12-29An airplane carrying the children of an important official crashes in the forbidden zone of Stone Island, which is run by a sinister group known as the empire of evil. Plastic Man and his friends are sent to rescue the children, and return them to safety.

Release Date: 1980-01-05The Evil Solex breaks five of Plastic Man's worst enemies out from prison. But when Half-ape, The Weed, Computer Head, The Clam, and Disco Mummy refuse to work for Solex they soon realise they have more to worry about than Plastic Man.

Release Date: 1979-09-29Dr. Honctoff is stealing all of the oceans and seas around the world by using a secret formula to turn them into vapour and then bottling them. Plastic Man is called into stop Honctoff's dastardly deeds.

Release Date: 1979-10-27The sinister Moonraider is stealing NASA's spaceships in outer space. Plastic Man must now travel to the Moon to put a stop to his dastardly deeds and return the missing spaceships.

Release Date: 1979-09-22A brilliant scientist demonstrates his greatest invention to Plastic Man which is a machine that has the ability to see into the future. When the machine is stolen by the villain known as Hugefoot, Plastic Man must do all in his power to get it back.

Release Date: 1979-11-17Dog Master plans to steal the formula for a power ray that has been hidden in a chimpanzees brain. Plastic Man and friends are given the job of tracking down the chimp and stopping the Dog Master.

Release Date: 1979-11-03A villainess known as Honey Bee plans to use a heat missile to turn the world into a 'hot house' so that only she and insects will survive. Plastic Man is on the case to prevent this injustice from happening.

Release Date: 1979-12-22The Hippotist is hypnotizing bank managers to rob their own banks and return the stolen loot to him. Plastic Man is assigned to stop the evil villain.

Release Date: 1979-12-15The diabolical Highbrow steals the worlds most famous trains so that people will have to pay him to travel on them. Plastic Man is given the job of tracking him down and returning the stolen trains.

Release Date: 1980-01-05Joggernaught plans to steal an energy machine in order to use it to find the treasure of the Amazon City of Gold. Plastic Man is put on alert as he protects the energy machine and its inventor.

Release Date: 1979-12-29Commodore Peril holds three billionaires prized possessions to ransom, each time Plastic Man is assigned to the case but the villain always seems to have the upper hand.

Episode 35 - Spider Takes A Bride
Release Date: 1979-12-08One by one the Spider starts to turn Queen Katherine's follower's into flies until she decides to marry him. Plastic Man is given the job of protecting the Queen until the Spider can be brought to justice.
