In the meantime they try find out who's the big man behind Vita nova, among other things by means of questioning Breitner and the observation of Secu Watch, where Ben Govers is in service of the Unit as informer. Meanwhile the investigation around the situation of the infrastructure plans in the haarlemmermeer is closely watched. The activities of Secu Watch appear not as pure and Ben Govers as informer is discovered.
