Shanghai, the economic center of the early Republic of China, was under turbulent occupation, all forces from all over the world were concentrated here. In order to divide the various forces in China, Ida used Matsumoto Kosuke to frequently challenge various Chinese martial arts schools. All the martial arts schools were defeated, and finally Jing Wu Sect was chosen as the next to be defeated.
